I really like the service at Doggone Grooming

I have had my 2 larger dogs groomed here several times, and they have done a great job. My guys are a super hairy breed, but the people at Doggone Grooming take the time needed to do a great job and are always sweet to my dogs too. My dogs aren't at all nervous to go. I also have used them for short term boarding for 2 other dogs and they are always very well taken care of. I recommend Doggone Grooming. They are animal lovers and I know my pets will be taken care of while there.

I should have known from the moment that she picked up the phone and abruptly shouted "Doggone Grooming!" NOT to go there. I went against my better judgment and drove 15 miles from New Braunfels to (almost) Canyon Lake. When I got there, she (the owner I presume) was downright rude. As I looked around the place, it was dirty, smelly, and just plain unkempt. At that point, I decided to cut my losses and just take my dog home.

This place does NOT do a good job taking the best care of your pet!! Its always hot inside there, its overpriced, the people don't have proper training to take care of your pet. They over-charged me and never explained why. You are better off doing it yourself or going to Dog's Best Friend!
